Independent Drilling Performance Review (IDPR) provides an opportunity for step change in well drilling performance with potential for significant reduction in drilling time and cost. 

IDPR is a third-party review and analysis of all planning and operations documents. It utilizes the CI Drill software platform to store and organize the data in order to develop a visual model of plan versus performance for a selected number of wells.

The off-site review looks at every element of the drilling operations from rig move to rig release, giving a fresh perspective with an independent external viewpoint.  The analysis may cover any aspect of project management, well engineering, planning, operational procedures and logistics as determined by the initial identification phase of the project

IDPR is conducted off-site and is therefore non-disruptive - leaving your operations team free to focus on current well activity.
