RCD capablity to seal around cables in Live Workover

Rotating Control Device (RCD) in live workover project is not capable of sealing around completion with cables. The RCD is not designed to seal around any cable such as ESP cables, control line, …etc. 

Having a new design RCD or a similar product will expand the project to all the wells and will not be restricted to a specific completion which does not have a cable.
